Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds
We want ordering to be simple, transparent and fair. This page explains how we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and exactly how returns and refunds work.

1) Where we deliver
South Africa (nationwide): Courier via Aramex.
Typical timeframes: main centres 1–3 business days, outlying areas up to 72 hours from dispatch (business days).

Cape Town local: Optional same-day delivery via Uber for eligible postcodes (business hours cut-off applies).
International: Not currently available (we’ll update this page if that changes). Wellness Warehouse follows a similar SA-only approach for e-commerce.
2) Delivery options & fees
Option A – Flat Nationwide:
Aramex Courier: R99 nationwide; 2–5 business days from dispatch.
Option B – Threshold:
Free courier on orders ≥ [[R400]]; R[[75–99]] for orders below the threshold; 2–5 business days from dispatch.
Cape Town same-day (optional add-on):
Uber Same-Day [[R50–R80]] for eligible postcodes; order cut-off [[13:00]]; deliveries same business day.

Note: Timeframes are estimates once an order is dispatched and exclude weekends/public holidays and courier delays outside our control (load, weather, strikes). Faithful to Nature and Wellness Warehouse present similar windowed guidance.

3) Order processing & dispatch
Orders placed Mon–Fri before [[13:00]] dispatch same or next business day (stock permitting).

Orders placed after the cut-off, weekends or public holidays dispatch the next business day.
​
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel leaves us (Aramex tracking link).
(Aramex’s Store-to-Door service delivers to main centres within 24–72 hours and outlying areas up to 72 hours after dispatch.)

4) Tracking & delivery attempts
We send your tracking by email/SMS after dispatch.
Couriers make at least one re-attempt if you’re unavailable. Please ensure your address and phone are correct at checkout for smooth delivery.
For Uber Same-Day, please keep your phone nearby so the driver can reach you; inability to contact may cause re-delivery fees.
5) Damages, missing items, wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing/incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with order number + photos of the parcel and contents.
We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible (industry practice is to request photos and timely notice).

6) Returns & refunds (your rights and how to use them)
We follow South African law and keep things clear.

6.1 Online cooling-off (ECTA s44)
If you purchased online, you may cancel within 7 calendar days of delivery (goods) or conclusion of the agreement (services) without penalty. The only charge allowed is the direct cost of returning goods. Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation to your original payment method.

6.2 Direct-marketing cooling-off (CPA s16)
If your purchase resulted from direct marketing (e.g., an unsolicited email/SMS/call prompting the transaction), you may cancel within five business days of the transaction. Where ECTA s44 applies (online purchases), it governs; CPA s16 does not duplicate that right.

6.3 Defective/unsafe goods (CPA s56 implied warranty)
Within six months of delivery, if goods are defective, unsafe, or fail to meet acceptable quality, you may return them at our risk and expense and choose repair, replacement, or refund. (This is your statutory right under CPA s56.)

6.4 Hygiene & safety (supplements)
For safety and hygiene: opened supplements are not returnable unless they’re defective/incorrect. Unopened items may be returned under the cooling-off rule. (This mirrors SA wellness retail norms.)

6.5 Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return the item per this policy; once processed, place a new order for the replacement. (Common SA retailer approach.)

6.6 How to log a return

We’ll issue a Return Authorisation and a courier label (or return address) and confirm turnaround times. Refunds are typically processed within [[3–5]] business days after inspection (statutory 30-day outer limit under ECTA for cooling-off refunds).

7) Service bookings (cancellations & no-shows)
You may reschedule up to [[24–48]] hours before your appointment at no cost.
Late cancellations/no-shows may be charged up to [[100%]] of the session fee (we’ll be reasonable in emergencies).
ECTA/CPA cooling-off still applies to online service purchases as above.

8) Payments & security
We accept card payments via Yoco. Card data is processed by Yoco; we do not store full card details.
