  • Payments are processed securely through Yoco. We do not store card details.

  • Orders are shipped using Aramex (nationwide) and Uber (local Cape Town deliveries).

  • Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • Glow on Health is not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns, refunds, and cancellations are managed under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Supplements may only be returned unopened and within the period allowed by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

 

8. Booking of Services

  • Appointments must be booked online.

  • Late arrivals or cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Services are complementary in nature and not a substitute for medical care.
