How does it work?
Over time, stress, poor posture, old injuries, and long days at a desk can leave tissues tight and under-nourished. MedWave delivers gentle pulses to an area—like calves, lower back, or shoulders—to stimulate micro-circulation and tissue mobility. The aim isn’t to “blast” anything. It’s to nudge fluids and nutrients through places that haven’t been getting much attention.
What to expect?
We start with a quick chat about what feels tight or sluggish, then test range of motion and tenderness. I use the MedWave handset to work along specific lines of tension and around related joints—short, mapped passes instead of hovering in one spot. You’ll feel rhythmic tapping/pressure—most people describe it as “oddly relaxing.”
Why book a Medwave session?
-
Stiffness from desk time or training – you move like a unit; we help segments glide again.
-
“Heavy legs” or post-flight swelling – support gentle fluid movement.
-
Workout recovery – calm tenderness and prime tissues for the next session.
-
General “everything is tight” – when stretching alone isn’t cutting it.
-
Complement to SCENAR / Nutrition – MedWave helps the body “take in” other changes by improving circulation and ease.
